HUNAN TAOHUAJIANG BAMBOO SCIENCE & TECHNOLOGY CO.， LTD (hereafter referred to as THJ) was established in July 2001 with a registered capital of 50.76 million RMB, located in Hunan Taojiang Economic Development Zone.

It has been concentrating on the research, development and manufacture of advanced Eco-friendly bamboo products for 22 years. And it is the first national high-tech enterprise in Hunan bamboo industry and a New OTC innovative enterprise. (stock name: Hunan Bamboo; stock code: 837729).

It is listed as the national key leading forestry enterprise, key leading agriculture industrialization enterprise, and a professional, refining, characteristic and innovative "Little Giant" enterprise in Hunan province, focusing on new material research, development, and manufacture.

The bamboo recombination and outdoor bamboo anti-corrosive bamboo production technique which invented by THJ Bamboo is the most significant scientific achievements in substantially improving the utilization rate of bamboo, increasing the additional value of products, and improving mechanization. 

THJ has obtained a number of national patents, scientific and technological achievements in the field of bamboo processing, with 29 domestic patents, 10 foreign patents and 7 international patents under PCT protection.

It has won the First Prize of Hunan Province for Scientific and Technological Progress, the Second Prize for Technical Invention, the National Liang Xi Forestry Science and Technology Award, the Second Prize for Innovation in China's Forestry Industry, the China Bamboo Industry Bench-marking Enterprise, the Top 100 Chinese Household comprehensive Strength Enterprise, the Bench-marking Leading Enterprise, the Top 10 China Bamboo Industry, and the unique National Intellectual Property Dominant Enterprise prize awarded by the State Intellectual Property Bureau in Hunan.
